He carried out a thorough inspection, explained everything clearly, and made me feel reassured throughout the entire process. I used this company to help resolve a bed bug issue and I couldn't be happier with the service. Des was incredibly efficient, professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, was completely transparent about the pricing and recommended the treatment that best suited my situation rather than trying to upsell me. Des was honest, reliable and genuinely friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. It's clear he knows what he's doing. These people respond through the calls and promise to work but on the day of work they will cancel. Which left me no option to call anyone at the moment. If you cannot do the job let customer know in future before so they can have an option. Thanks

Bed bugs were driving me mad and I didn’t know where to start. Des came round super quick, explained what he was doing and got stuck in. Really friendly guy, made me feel a lot calmer about the whole thing. After the treatment, I haven’t had a single bite – finally getting a good night’s sleep again. Can’t recommend him enough!
