Description
I understand some people want a Personal Trainer to have someone hold them accountable for their actions and to motivate them.
I am different, I also like to teach people the science of the human body and give them enough resources and knowledge to be self sufficient with their training and nutrition. The quicker I get you self-confident in exercise the better because you become healthier and happier. That also mean I can recruit someone else out there who needs my help.
