Description

We are a Southwest London based company who specialise in fitness and nutrition. Niall has been a trainer for fifteen years and his clients range from those needing assistance with running, toning and body fat loss, to military and police fitness test preparation and everything in between. We are available evenings, weekends and early mornings and happy to travel within reason.

Niall is a fantastic fitness instructor. I have finally toned up for the first time in my life. He personalises the work out for your needs. I hadn’t worked out before and was nervous but he inspired me to just get started. He has the understanding of where you are at & then gently pushes you to your best.

I’ve really enjoyed my PT sessions with Niall, always pushed me to achieve more reps and I found his advice on managing food really helpful too. Would highly recommend Niall.

Niall is a kind and caring trainer that holds the line but gives you a break if you need it. Since he has been doing this for 20yrs he knows his stuff and is willing to figure something out if necessary. I would highly recommend him to help you have a better body and life within it.

Niall is a fantastic trainer. He brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and dedication to his role. Niall has an excellent ability to understand your current capabilities, goals, and available time, and he develops an optimised regimen tailored specifically for you. For someone like me who aims to train hard and push my limits, Niall helped me achieve my goals with specific exercises. For family members with more modest health-related objectives, Niall adopted a different approach with a different level of intensity, with equally good results. Niall is also incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. We've had some great conversations, and he's always punctual. I fully recommend Niall as a personal trainer.
