I've been a PT for over 20 years and helping different clients achieve a variety of different goals.
My emphasis is now to help as many people as possible and to do this have decided the best way to do this is to keep sessions affordable and to offer sessions that work best for you. Whether you need 1 or 2 sessions to get started or weekly sessions then I will work with you.
I am also looking to work with a Physiotherapist/Sports therapist and this may be an additional service we provide depending on interest levels
