Hi Everyone, I'm Muhammad. I am a fully qualified level 4 personal trainer.
I have over 10 years experience of training people and training myself as a ex men's physique and bodybuilding comepetitor.

I am very easy going and accommodate everyone regardless of their religion, race, sex and sexual orientation. I am great at listening and can hold a very good conversation too.

I am offering in person 1-1 personal training for men and women, from beginners to expert level and people from all walks of life.
I am also offering diet and nutritional plans to all my clients.
I operate from my own fully equipped with all the latest kit private studio gym for the sole purpose of pt and client use with no public members allowed and no gym fees.
