I'm originally from Poland , I started my Fitness journey from very young age , when I was about 11 years old.I trained with old school bodybuilders who helped me teach and guide me. I love to help others through fitness.I have worked with many clients just like you who have felt frustrated, overwhelmed,and helpless.I love working with beginners and those who have failed in the past because I was once beginner too! I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. Getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult.

I work remotely, 10 mile radius from Welwyn AL69FR , I can come to your local gym and train together you or come to your house/gardens if you have equipment available. I also do 30 min video mentoring calls
