Description
Hi I'm David and I've been running David Jenkin Fitness since August 2010. I am a level 4 personal trainer who specialises in weight loss, toning, flexibility, core and abdominal work, sports training and working with medical complaints. I offer nutritional support at many levels and am freelance, also based out of Red House Hotel in Torquay for when I need a gym base. Part of my agreement is that clients can use the heated pool and outdoor pool and jacuzzi after their sessions for free. I can work out of peoples own homes, in parks and beaches and moors - anywhere. I am fully insured to £5m public liability. I bring all my own equipment including boxercise equipment. I run circuit training and rehabilitation classes all over south Devon, mid Devon and Exeter. Please get in touch with your enquiry and I look forward to working with you
