I’ve been working with Alex for about 12 weeks, and I genuinely can’t recommend him highly enough.
I’m already seeing major improvement and relief from an old shoulder injury that had been niggling away at me for years, and the coaching is really helping me build strength in areas where I was struggling.
The programming is challenging but always achievable, he’s really knowledgable if you need advice - and the playlist is always eclectic (in a good way!)

Time for an update! Clearly, as I’m still training with him, two and something years in, I still absolutely love training with Alex. Such a variety of workouts and exercises. I’m perfectly challenged, never bored, Alex knows exactly what my limits and capabilities are and guides me through his programme helping me increase my strength and abilities with incremental difficulty safely, listening to what my priorities and concerns are along the way.
His knowledge of anatomy, form and function is phenomenal, I’ve recommended him to my husband, (whose really enjoying his 2 x weekly sessions), and any friend that even suggests they are considering a PT, I’m the first to sing Alex’s praises. Even one of my harder to please friends (😜) agrees he’s the best of the best! Gem of a human, precious find 💎

Not having been a “gym person” but still very active and sporty, my wife (who has been training with Alex for two years) convinced me to do a trial session. He took on board my priorities to strengthen the muscle groups that take a battering in tennis, as well as focusing on my general fitness. I couldn’t be happier with his training, his knowledge is second to none, and I can already feel the results. Top man for the job! Thanks Alex!

Alex was recommended to me by a friend. At the time I was overtraining, suffering a lot during my sessions, making some progress but definitely not getting results worth the time and energy I was putting in, and I had an injury of more than a year which would not heal. I started with Alex and I was full of anxiety about trusting someone else with my body and fearful of losing the progress I had made. Alex sent me thorough and prompt information, assessed me to identify the underlying causes of my back injury and knee pain and we got started. After a few weeks I was very confused because with seemingly far less “work” than I had been putting in before, I appeared to finally be getting stronger. And four months into training with Alex the pain from my lower back seems to have gone almost completely. And my knees are better than they have been for a long time. I don’t think I would have been able to “let go” without having someone as knowledgeable as Alex. Now I am worried about the day when I no longer have him to guide me but I am sure he’ll get me over that hurdle too so I finally effectively programme myself.
