Lifeplus Fitness Ltd is the the only fitness company in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire that is dedicated entirely to delivering personal training. We don’t have any groups, classes, bootcamps or a member base to maintain, we just help our clients 1:1 in conditioning their bodies for life and much more.
Every client we work with is different but one thing they have in common is they all have strong reasons why they want to improve their health and fitness. It’s never just about aesthetics, there’s almost always another stronger reason which could be physical, emotional or even practically driven. We understand the importance of everyones ‘why’ and use it as the basis for our training and coaching with every individual.
