I am a personal trainer @elysium.gym in Bangor

I am 45 years old and married with 2 school-aged children. 

I have been resistance training for the best part of 20 years and have played competitive rugby.

I have been competing in bodybuilding for 6 years now and as a result have a wealth of experience not just in competition preparation, but also in the skill of mens physique posing at the level required to win. 

I am experienced at client photoshoot preparation but am equally interested in helping clients who simply want to feel better about themselves, look better in clothes & gain confidence training in a gym environment.

I can help you achieve the results you want by showing you how to train properly, lose fat, and build muscle to whatever level you are comfortable with. I understand the competing demands of work and family life and can work with you to plan, which hopefully meets all these needs.
