I have had many PTs over the years but none with the depth of experience and ability to vary the routine whilst keeping you motivated. You will enjoy your sessions with Keith whilst gaining great results.

Keith listens to what I want to achieve and gives me exercises appropriate to my ability and objectives. He pushes me without risking injury. His sessions are varied and enjoyable. I would recommend Keith.

I've been working with Keith for about two months and never regretted my decision. He offers the best service and knowledge and is generally a lovely person to work with. The program is often tailored on you to ensure best results and fun reaching them with loads of useful perks, one of which is an app to track the workout session to do both with Keith or alone at preference. In the time working out with Keith I've noticed clear results and already reached and passed my personal best record lifting twice. A 100% would recommend!

My time spent with kieth was amazing as he was so calm and understanding towards my health issues and went by my pace without rushing me or pressure of any kind especially days I had to cancel . I felt so comfortable with my sessions as he went above and beyond making sure I got to gym safe and return safe by showing me bus stops as I was nervous coming to the area I was not formilar. His work out was set to suit me without me feeling tired or exhausted after my sessions and each week he built it up gently, always listening to me rather than make his own routine and make me feeling shattered. I was so happy I found kieth as I been to few but I felt i wasn't heard . Thank you so much and will continue in coming future 🙏.
