I trained with Tej for a great 3.5 years. Highly recommend to anyone who's a starter, or even a gymgoer who needs some guidance to their training. From first introductions I learned the importance of nutrition and learning to take conscious choices with food and cooking. With our home workouts I've come away confident in training myself at a gym using every piece of equipment. I LOVE weight lifting and boxing, something I never would have thought I'd say 3.5 years ago!! Tej supported me with my physio exercises for my shoulder and knees also. We had weekly check ins of how things have been and created goals to aim for. It all began with the small changes, now I'm seeing the bigger life results. I've gone from 'wanting abs', to leading a healthier, motivated, powerful, pain free lifestyle. I'm very grateful of my training with Tej. The knowledge is there for a lifetime and I'm super excited for continuing my journey 💪

I have been using Teji for about three years now to increase & prolong my strength after having two severe & still painful knee replacement surgeries, I also suffer arthritis in my joints as I age. My wife and I have been using Tej from TrainLearnGo for over 3 years. We use Tej as a PT and a nutritionist.
