Description
I have 10 years Experience and love my job.
I have my own gym which is not easy to reach by public transport so being able to drive is a must to be able to get to the gym. I offer outdoor AND sessions at my gym.
Some clients choose depending on the weather.
I Believe fitness should be challenging and fun and full of variety turning into something you will enjoy for life. I will be with you every step of the way making your goals reality.
One to one or group training is available.
I work with clients at any level of fitness, clients with injuries, clients who are new or experienced in exercise.
