Description

I'm Dave Ferguson; having accumalated 40 years of Martial Arts expertise across five core disciplines and 25 years in people management, including the Civil Service (HMPPS) , supporting men to change their lives for the better through comprehensive analysis and targetted interventions for the individual, whilst also benfitting the wider community. In 2021 during the intial lockdown/s I began to develop my first hollistic interventions solely focused to mine and other middle aged mens physical needs and health risk associations (Cardio health, risk of strokes, muscle loss, diabeties, atrohy etc.) that increase throughout mens mid life (40+). After this intial phase I officially lauched my IMAMethod, the only martial arts based intervention solely aligned to help middle-aged thrive and feel rejuvenated by building resilience through targetted interventions whilst fostering self-care. IMAs holistic approach combines traditional (3000 years of Martial Arts and wellbeing principles) and modern techniques, (golden age of neurology, and mixed or multiple martial arts) empowering clients to transform and thrive, reigniting their life passion, and improving their overall well-being throughout their mid-life.
