Supreme muscle studio is a fully equipped private pt studio gym for private clients with professionally qualified pt's with vast amount of experience. The studio is part of and under the same roof as Supreme Muscle Supplements which sells top quality sports nutrition brands since 2013.
Our lead personal trainer is Muhammad the owner of the company. He has over 10 years worth of valuable experience with clients from all walks of life and every level of fitness abilities. He is passionate and keen and able to help people reach thir fitness and physical goals with a very high percentage success rate. He also offers diet and nutritional plans and advice. Mo is able to find the best technique and use that to expedite muscle and strength gains aswell as toning, weightloss and many other fitness goals.

No was nothing short of amazing! Really looking forward to our next session. I learn more in one hour from him than all the YouTube videos and advice I’ve got from everyone else. He really pushes you, perfects your form, and gives gems of advice that you can implement. Can’t recommend him enough

Mo made me feel at ease. I like the fact that he has his own private studio, so you can have your one-to-one session with no one else around- as a female not used to train in a gym, trying new exercises around lots of estrangers can me intimidating . I had my free session with him on a Monday and tomorrow we will be starting a monthly package. Looking forward to trusting Mo with his knowledge and see how much he can motivate me to be consistent, believe in myself and overall improve my physical form.
