Description
I began “AC Fitness” in 2015 working at my local gym and coaching online. In 2020 I decided to open up my private home studio – a space for you to switch off and enjoy private training sessions (this can be 1-1 or group based). Not in Nottinghamshire? No problem. I still coach online and work with a variety of individuals across the UK, all ages and capabilities are welcome.
I will always do my best to support you as much as possible, to help you achieve great results without restriction, to improve your mental health, find confidence with your physical appearance and most importantly to LOVE your journey.
AC Fitness is all things fitness, health and wellness inspired by my outlook on leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
