We're a family run business offering Private Personal Training gyms in Reading & Pangbourne alongside our mobile PT service where we bring your goals to you.
After graduating with Honours Degrees in Health & Fitness (Tom) & Human Nutrition (Holly) we proceeded to spend the following years working on Council, NHS & Public Health projects alongside gyms & fitness facilities.
This experience spanning over 20 years has provided us with a wealth of experience and observations which have allowed us to truly understand the barriers to great health & fitness...Don't worry though because we've worked it all out for you, our methods are tried & tested and the results speak for themselves...
