Description
Goalspecific is a Triathlon Business, coaching athletes from complete Novices to European and World Championship AG athletes. We provide 121 coaching in swim bike and run, strength and conditioning and also provide personal training when required. We are based in Dorset, running local team squads as well as interactively coaching athletes 121 throughout the UK and beyond. Alongside our business we run a non profit making Triathlon Club (Tripurbeck) for all ages, and ability. Fran and Ade Bungay are the lead coaches, who are both Level 3 BTF coaches and BTF Coach Educators. Fran is also a qualified Personal Trainer, and has completed the IMU and TRISUTTO Triathlon Coaching qualifications. She also has a diploma in Nutritional advice for High Performance Athletes.
