Our property management business has relied upon ashcott international consulting to look after it's IT systems, server administration, backups and other related activities. Many hundreds of hours work faultlessly completed.

I paid **£1,800 in full on 12 August 2026** for the listed building alteration application and to obtain the necessary consent from the freeholder.
Ashcott International carried out a site visit on **17 August 2026**. I was advised that the applications would be submitted to **Islington Council and the freeholder within one week**.
However, as of today, I have received **no update by email or telephone**, and I have not received confirmation that either application has been submitted.
I am writing this review because I am concerned about the lack of communication and the delay following full payment. I would recommend that anyone considering using this company **checks their current capacity, communication and ability to progress work within the agreed timescale before making payment.
I hope Ashcott International will contact me and provide an update on the outstanding applications.
