James came next day to assess proposed work and to give a quotation. He was able to do the work a couple of days later - quickly, efficiently, good-humouredly, and it was money well spent. Lots of bricklaying involved of very high standard. James is a cheery chap, good sense of humour, willing to undertake extra jobs that cropped up along the way. We are friends for life! He made me feel I can always call on him when I need help or advice re my house. Big relief to this OAP!

James responded quickly to my query and was round the next day to quote for the job. He was knowledgeable about repointing old victorian brickwork and used a newly released product to repair the faces of some badly eroded bricks. The wall had been leaking into the cavity which was completely cured by James' work which looks absolutely superb. He worked hard in some pretty unpleasant conditions and was friendly and approachable throughout. When he had finished, James left the site clean and tidy. Thank you.
