George completed an excellent job in up-grading our church Accessible WC to meet current Building Regulations (Section M). This involved plumbing,electrical, heating, and building changes, together with redecoration and new flooring. On a daily basis, we discussed these plans and he regularly stayed late to finish each phase of the work. His quote was very reasonable and compared well with other quotes. He was very reliable and the standard of his work was outstanding.

George did our garage Conversion he explained to us step by step of the work being do we found this extremely helpful and interesting. The work was completed within the time frame that he gave us. The staff were friendly and professional George took away a lot of our stress that was caused by the previous Builder. We were beyond happy with the end results and George even cleaned up after himself every day. We would highly recommend George at GCA Building Maintenance Limit.

George and his team did a superb job screeding and laying a new kitchen floor for me. He was professional throughout. He delivered on time and within budget, even though he faced some challenges on the way! George was friendly and approachable and explained what had to be done every step of the way.
