I would not recommend Driveline based on my experience. I paid £800 for my driveway and patio to be cleaned, but unfortunately the work was not completed to an acceptable standard.
The patio was left in a mess, with grouting/residue left on the tiles which has since hardened and is now very difficult to remove. The driveway was also not finished properly, with the sand not spread evenly.
To make matters worse, my property and plants were left dirty with splashes and residue from the jet washing.

Didn't complete the job, promised to refund £650 and even after months of promises to pay back, never refunded the amount. James would promise to do any job, but the truth is that he will end up doing nothing or a worse job. It was a mistake to even pay any amount upfront, but he keeps insisting and promising that he will do the job, but at the end, nothing but great disappointment

I hired Driveline, managed by James, to complete front garden. Although James agreed that payment would be made only after completion, but he began asking for money on the second day, when half of the work was not even done which is contrary to the agreement.
The workmanship was poor. I kept telling him to keep the groun level 2 bricks lower than the external air vent but he did not take any notice of what we asked for. He also said that he will give 10 yrs warranty. After less than 2 months passed weeds started growing back, this was the main reason I spent money to get it sorted. When I contact him his answer was 'get a weed killer'. Work was not done properly and left the gravel bags and slab in my garden. Stay away from James. he will make promises he cannot deliver. If you do hire him for any reasons, do not give him any payment until you are satisfied with the final payment. I will not recommend him.

We were pleased with James and his team. The quotation for the work, a small patio, was very reasonable. James kept in touch regularly and he arrived when he said he would.
No payment was required until the job was finished and when we, the customers, were quite happy. The team did not mind when we changed our plans slightly- they just fitted in with what we required!
