More expensive than original guide price. He didn’t dig out roots as requested, and he said he had done. Wouldn’t recommend. On a positive, his team was very quick.

Very poor and shabby job. The woods were loose in places and was blown out of position by the wind. He never kept to the part of the contract,- did not fix my garden gate or remove the old fence as agreed.
The fence JW home improvement fixed went down within 3 months. He promised to come and fix but never came. I tried contacting him via text messages, voice messages and phone calls. He made me take down my initial review with the promise of coming out to fix my fence.
I took it down but he then turned around and asked me to fix it myself. It took me more than half of what I paid him initially to fix the poorly done fence.
PLEASE LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY FENCE, HIS WORK IS VERY POOR AND YOU MAY HAVE TO REDO IT TO GET IT RIGHT.
