John was very friendly and patient with we old folk but he is full on and kept finding other things which required attention that we weren’t aware of eg gutter areas, tiles cracked etc. patio needed grouting (we were aware of that) and he did attend to them but the bill kept going up! The “patio grouting” was a bit of a surprise when he had done it . Anyway we have his details if we need him. Regards, Paul Wrathman

John.is .certainlynot a proffessial and no pride in his work he came around 9 ish monday 27 th July ( started at10 ocloc)this week we felt very pressurised into this he said he had to do it that day he jet washed the block paving at the back of the house and we have a drive that is tarmac .he said he would paint the drive black( we did not ask for this.but we thought a good idea) and jet wash separate for £200 he had no paint to do the drive asked me to order it @129.99 Amazon then decided it didn't need doing but still charged us £100 for pressure wash the tarmac alone. we are so disgusted my husband has been business for 50 years retired now he his 78 I'm 76 is it because we are elderly and we got so confused with him it was easier to say do what you think is best. He left so much sand around some of the bricks are ruined he said the sand is 5 years guaranteed so no weeds would get through the sand this is why I wanted a professional person..he said he had sealed the block paving then said he run out of sand so knocked £25 of the price .... my windows fences were so filthy when he left my neighbours ending up cleaning lots of mess bottom of the drive it was awful.Even tho he did clear some up. I have sent you photos of the work he has done and my husband who has had a heart attack a few weeks ago why I wanted someone else to do this job) ( which John knew about trying to push the sand into the blocks. Starting next Tuesday we are having a professional guy coming to take all the sand out and restart the whole job again another cost to us ....its. very embarrassing.and upsetting for us but what can.we do. He rang me the following night to see if we were happy I told him dead straight how unhappy we were I expected him to come and see us but not heard a Thing we did not realise how bad the drive looked till next day and now it looks a lot worse .....we paid him cash...He was here about 3hours altogether.
