If I can be of any help to even one parent tonight, I want to say this…
Moving between two homes can feel really big for a child.
Sometimes it shows up as tears at the door, anger out of nowhere, or just that quiet withdrawal that’s hard to reach.
And as a parent, it can leave you feeling helpless… or even like you’re getting it wrong.
You’re not.
Children don’t need perfect co-parenting.
They need to feel safe, understood, and held — in both homes.
Small, gentle changes can make those transitions feel so much calmer for them.
This is the work I do with parents — supporting you to understand your child’s emotions, ease those handovers, and bring more calm and consistency between homes.
