Description
Looking for a SRA Accredited Solicitor to Litigate Aviation claims in court under the EC261 Regulation and Montreal Convention.
The right candidate would need to be SRA registered / Accredited.
The work can be done in own time but must be meet all deadlines and attend court hearings in person.
The commission amount will be discussed.
