Litigation Paralegal

Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a pro-active Litigation Paralegal at a thriving law firm. They are ideally looking for a driven person with residential litigation experience.
Litigation Paralegal responsibilities:
Manage residential litigation cases, including debt recovery, possession proceedings, and lease breaches.
Handle lease matters such as extensions, variations, FTT applications, and lease analysis.
Advise clients on major works, lease structures, s20b notices, and repair obligations.
Support internal teams and attend industry events and client meetings as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
MUST HAVE at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987 (Long Leasehold)
Strong IT and document management skills
