Legal Personal Assistant (Property Group)

£30,000 - £32,000, Dependant on Experience

Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid working available)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be working with an award winning, global law firm located in the middle of Birmingham city centre, searching for a legal pa role to join their growing property team.

What the roll will include (but is not limited to):

Liaising regularly with lawyers to identify work commitments

Diary management for lawyers including arranging appointments and meetings

Taking responsibility for booking travel and meeting rooms

Taking ownership of answering lawyers' telephone calls when they are unavailable

Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients and their teams as well as developing knowledge of their businessWho we are looking for:

A proactive, highly organised professional Legal PA

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail
