What You'll Be Doing

Own your caseload: Manage residential conveyancing matters from start to finish-sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold, freehold, and new builds.

Build relationships: Stay in regular touch with clients, keeping them informed and reassured throughout their transaction.

Collaborate effectively: Work alongside estate agents, lenders, and a supportive internal property team to deliver seamless service.

Use smart systems: Benefit from modern case management technology that makes your life easier, not harder.What We're Looking For

Experience that counts: At least 2 years in a similar conveyancing role

Independent and capable: Confident in running your own files without constant handholding.

Client-focused: You understand that great communication = happy clients.
