RWDUCED/LAST CHANCE TO BUY - Used but still in very good displayable/giftable/collectible condition. Hand-painted Egyptian papyrus artwork - Anubis resting on a shrine - Signed. Subject: The painting features Anubis, the ancient Egyptian god associated with mummification and the afterlife, shown in his jackal form. Scene: Anubis is depicted seated atop a traditional shrine equipped with carrying poles, a scene inspired by treasures found in ancient Egyptian tombs. Material: The artwork is created using authentic papyrus leaves, often painted with gouache and gold leaf details.
Details: The shrine includes hieroglyphic inscriptions, and the painting often features a cartouche symbol at the top. Signed (below shrine). Has a very tiny tear (see photo).
