Framed 1 of 1 Print by local and much sought-after artist Lyn Rocks showing Spennymoor High Street as viewed from the shopping precinct.
I bought this direct from the artist for £699 a few years ago, then had it professionally framed at a cost of £200.
This is an investment as well as being fabulous artwork.
It's in immaculate condition and a very rare item that doesn't come to the open market very often . As with all of Lynn Rocks artwork they're an investment, and prices continue to rise. Currently valued and insured for £1350
Serious buyers only, and ideally, needs to go to someone with connections or currently living in Spennymoor.
