Large Framed Print of the Iconic Spitfire Mk V

Description

This nostalgic, impressive, and high-impact print of the Supermarine Spitfire Mark V, originally painted by James Kelso, is mounted in high-quality custom-made frame which is in very good condition.
The frame is an attractive rosewood colour with internal gold beading and measures approximately 90cm (35 inches) wide by 70cm (27 inches) tall. Get your tape measure out to appreciate the size! The glass is perfect with no scratches, chips or cracks. The frame has hangers and cord fitted so is ready to hang in position.

You may notice some light areas and strange images near the top of the photos but it is not a fault with the print it is just a reflection of me and our garden, particularly the garden fence, as I took some of the photos outside. The print is absolutely fine.

I also have a print of the famous Avro Lancaster Mark 1 bomber by Peter Kettle in the same style in an identical frame so they would make a great matching pair. This is also advertised here on Gumtree, but I would be happy to sell them together at a discounted price, please email me to discuss.
They would look fantastic in any home or perhaps a public establishment, be it pub, café, or hotel that has links to the RAF or just interested in aviation history. I have now included a photo I took of the Lancaster Bomber with a TV remote on it which is just for scaling purposes because, as mentioned, both pictures are the same size.

These are large heavy frames with breakable glass and therefore not suitable for shipping by courier, particularly because they won’t insure them in transit. Consequently, and obviously, collection is preferred, but if you live reasonably close, then other options could be explored.
