Description
This is a handmade in Cyprus hammered copper plate on panel bas relief of the Greek warrior goddess Athena holding the goddess of victory Nike (Roman: Minerva holding Victoria).
The plate is lacquered and measures 36.5cms high by 27.5cms wide. It is 0.4 cms thick and weighs 480 grams and has a hook on the back for hanging.
Previously owned but in very good condition. Some light scratches, but the bumps and grooves are original and artefacts of it being handmade, not a result of damage (they are under the lacquer).
