My wife and I have recently had Smart Property Solutions finish our open plan kitchen living area extension, and I have not one bad word to say from start to finish. Ilya and his team have been outstanding. Being in construction myself and taking on some of the work at the start of the project, I needed someone who I trusted would deliver everything that we’d set out to achieve. They have done just that, from project managing, to building the extension, which required installing a very big chunk of steel, and all of the finishing touches. Ilya and his team are helpful, hard working and punctual. They have an eye for detail and are clean and tidy. They worked with our kitchen designers and fitters to make sure the whole process went smoothly. The details and deadline that had been set out were all met within budget and materials arrived on time. Smart Property Solutions price was competitive and I’d never go with a different set of builders for any future projects. Smart property Solutions took my project in a professional, timely manner (new bathrooms, painting & design, laminate flooring, redesign of fireplace, newly built in book shelf and other handy jobs).
