Very punctual and detail oriented. He provided me with a detailed breakdown of the works he was going to carry out, supported with pictures he had taken to help me understand what needed doing, he kept me in the loop as the work progressed, he also helped me fix another problem he spotted whilst on the job. No spills, no mess, his work was spotted by my neighbour, and I hope he also gets to work with them.

Joseph was very quick to respond and came out to have a look. He gave me a very good quote and completed the work (and more!) to a really good standard.Joseph kept me updated and sent pictures of before and after. He's coming back as he identified other problems which need fixing, again giving me a very good quote. He is a very personable person and I would not hesitate to recommend him. In fact I've already passed his details onto a work colleague and will continue to do if anyone asks
