🔒 Deposits
• All deposits are non refundable
• A confirmed booking reserves the date and equipment exclusively for you
• Cancellations do not qualify for refunds
✨ Equipment condition
• All equipment is used
• Minor wear and existing blemishes form because of constant use
• Existing blemishes reported during/after booking confirmation do not qualify for refunds or recalls.
❌ Damage responsibility
• Equipment will be checked at collection
• Any new damage or blemishes identified at return remain the customer’s responsibility
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged if required
