Large Traditional Wooden Summerhouse – New Roof – Buyer to Dismantle & Collect

Description

Large, traditional wooden summerhouse available due to garden changes.

This is a lovely, substantial summerhouse with lots of potential and would make a great garden room, home office, summer room or entertaining space.

Features:

* 🏡 Large traditional timber construction
* 🪵 Beautiful character/wooden finish
* 🪟 Multiple windows providing plenty of natural light
* 🚪 Double glazed-style timber doors
* 🌧️ Newer roof – currently completely dry inside
* 🛋️ Spacious interior currently used as a comfortable sitting room
* 🪑 Tiled floor
* 🌳 Covered front veranda/porch
* Good-sized building with plenty of potential

The summerhouse is used and shows signs of age/weathering, including some deterioration to sections of the lower exterior/veranda timber. Please see photos carefully.

Buyer must dismantle and remove the summerhouse from its current location. I have not dismantled it myself, so I cannot guarantee that every component will be suitable for reassembly or that it can be moved as one piece. Buyer is welcome to inspect it before purchasing and should satisfy themselves regarding its condition and dismantling.

The summerhouse is dry inside, shows no signs of damp and has wooden beams on the ceiling. It has a relatively new roof, approximately 2 years old, so it could be a great project for someone with the skills to refurbish and give it a new lease of life.
