Here we have an electric outsunny awning purchased new and put up for a few months and then taken down due to an extension built. All parts included and has since been wrapped up extremely carefully to avoid damage. This is a beautiful awning and works as it should. It is very easy to put up and wire in. Remote control included! Bargain
