Description
Stunning vintage musquash fur coat made professionally by the furrier Max Martin of Glasgow in the 1950s.This belonged to a relative of mine and has been well looked after. The coat is in good vintage condition with only a few small marks on the brown satin lining (see photo 3).The collar is a particular feature as it can be worn up or down. The coat fastens with double satin ribbons attached inside which thread through two hoops on the edge of the coat to keep it closed. The sleeves are fitted with satin baffles to stop wind. It would fit up to a size 16 though that is approximate. Sleeve length is approx 22cm and length from collar seam to hem is approx 101cm. Happy to supply more photos or answer any questions.
