Description
Ladies Fur Coat – Flank Musquash. Bought early 1970’s from Dominion Fur Company based in Morningside, Edinburgh.
Lining faded and slightly damaged due to age and some moth damage on front edge of coat but still very usable.
Peter pan collar and simple hook and eye closure. No pockets.
Made for person with height 5’2” (155cm) and bust 36” (90cm) worn knee length and sleeves were originally described as ‘bracelet length’. Loose straight-ish fit.
Actual measurement across back under arms 20” (51cm) approx.
Back length 36” (91cm) approx.
Underarm seam 14” (36cm) approx.
Please note that I inherited this item in the 1990’s and have never worn it as I disagree with the fur trade that was fashionable when it was made in the 1970’s.
