As a full-time Family and Adult Celebrant based just outside Newcastle under Lyme, covering Staffordshire, Cheshire, the North West, Shropshire, North Wales and the UK, I have the privilege of journeying with incredible people like you to create meaningful and unforgettable ceremonies.
I am a genuine, happy, caring guy, who has found his niche in life, my reviews from brides and grooms sum me up completely, I am very humbled. While I embarked on this journey as a Celebrant without seeking accolades, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the recognition received (over 50 reviews go check them out).

My role as the Bride and Grooms celebrant is a joyous one, and I bring a sense of happiness and enthusiasm to every ceremony I create. I believe in celebrating love with genuine happiness. We contacted Nige 2 years before we got married. His warm friendly nature and sense of calmness put us at ease before we even got chatting properly. Nige supported us throughout the whole process of our wedding and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was happy to travel to meet us and offered guidance and reassurance. He is thorough and supportive. The ceremony was lovely- we had lots of compliments about Nige and how he conducted the ceremony. A lovely chap, one of a kind. Thanks Nige xxx

We are so thrilled to have had Nige officiate our wedding ceremony. His calming and enrapturing manner allowed for a touching, funny and authentic ceremony delivered with gravitas. Nige is kind, gracious, easy to get along with and makes it feel as though you’ve known him your whole life, which makes it incredibly easy to open up to him and allow him to tell your story. He also does an incredible job to calm any nerves both before the big day, and during the ceremony, with helpful tips and pointers delivered so to not disrupt the flow of the ceremony. Nige also allowed to us to edit the ceremony in advance, and was patient with us being picky and suggesting changes. Booking Nige was the easiest decision we made in the whole wedding process, he was the first celebrant we met, and we knew instantly that we did not need to meet any others. We’ve since had lots of positive comments from our guests that agree that the ceremony Nige delivered was incredibly personal, honest and filled with love.

We are from overseas but Nigel made it so hassle-free. Despite the late arrival of our guests, Nigel was professional from start to finish. Even though we are foreigners, he guided us through each and every step so that we understand what was going to happen. Choosing Nigel as your civil celebrant is a no brainer.
