We are so disappointed and upset. We paid £260 for a deep cleaning of our new house and we ended up spending hours cleaning it ourselves. Katy was polite and flexible and it's been easy to deal with but the quality of the cleaning was way below our expectations. The windows have not even been opened to clean the frame. The kitchen drawers, cupboards and handles were greasy. The flooring was still dusty. The radiators have not been cleaned and there was dust behind and on top. I could go on. I've texted her and emailed her. She was surprised about what I was saying but didn't offer any solution. I took some photos that I still have on my phone but at some point I stopped taking photos because there were so many things that I would end up taking pictures of the entire house. We paid for a deep cleaning and all we had was a very superficial cleaning. We feel that we threw our money away.

I have 8 student properties in Exeter, Katy and her team have been doing my end-of-tenancy / student change over cleans for the past 6 years. I really couldn't do without her. She has the keys to all the houses, I can completely trust her. I highly recommend .
