Description
For sale here is a towbar mounting scooter or Monkey Bike carrier. I bought it from Shire Bikes in Banbury a while ago and found it very easy to fit, use, and remove when not in use. It is black enameled and in perfect working order. See photographs attached. For sale now simply as I have sadly had to pack up using 2 wheeled transport and I've sold my scooter.
You will need your own towbar to fix this carrier onto, fits on the towball mounting holes.
It will accommodate a maximum wheelbase of 48.5" 123cms and can be reduced to about 41.5" 105cms. Wheel diameter up to about 17" 43cms, wheel pockets 14" x 4.125" 35.5cms x 10.5cms. Total weight 9.3kg. My last scooter weighed 105kg which it handled well.
