Mercedes C180 W204 2008 AMG

Mercedes C180 W204 AMG engine management light came on and now it turns over but won't fire up, I've tried troubleshooting through the basics but still no luck with it, it's still got mot until 30,04,2027 ,I've pretty much got fed up with trying to get it running, I'm not a mechanic so haven't got a clue whats going on with it, it's too good to scrap and worth a whole lot more if you someone broke down for parts, more than welcome to come and have a look, will need recovery to move it, £500 will buy it , it owes me a whole lot more, good points are it's had subframe sorted the dodgy Mercedes steering lock has been replaced with a emulator so it will never have the Mercedes steering lock problem again, which is common in a lot of models with same electrical steering lock, the rear passenger light modules replaced, another common Mercedes problem, there's a recall to have new airbags installed for free at Mercedes, for any more information get in touch thanks for looking
