A rare opportunity to own one of Honda's most iconic superbikes.

I'm considering selling my 2001 Honda VTR1000 SP-1. These bikes are becoming increasingly difficult to find. This could possibly be the only SP-1 currently advertised for sale in Ireland.

For anyone who knows their superbikes, the SP-1 needs no introduction and for those who don't Google Joey Dunlop 2000 Isle of Man TT and Colin Edwards 2000 WSBK 🤯

Powered Colin Edwards to the 2000 World Superbike Championship.

The bike is very clean and presents extremely well for its age. The unmistakable sound of the V-twin through the Scorpion cans is something special.

It's obviously not a brand-new motorcycle, and at 25 years old it has the odd age-related imperfection, but it's hard to believe how well these bikes have stood the test of time.

INCLUDED WITH THE BIKE:

The previous owner owned the bike since 2012, he had a bit of a fall off the bike, this is when he fitted the RC51 fairings which look great. The original fairings, fuel tank, exhaust and some other bits and bobs are included in the sale, these have some damage, but are a valuable addition for anyone who appreciates keeping an SP-1 as original as possible or would like to have spare parts.
