Sundvik extendable solid pine bed (by Ikea)

Versatile Toddler/child single bed (no mattress). Bed extends as your child grows, in two increments into a 207 cm bed. The wood components are wipe clean with damp or dry cloth. Finished in white.

Slats (Luroy) made of Birch veneer and threaded with 100% polyester ribbon, are included and all in excellent order. They fit all three sizes of the bed.

Current price of this bed from Ikea is £169 excluding mattress.

Mattress to fit each size of extendable bed is available from Ikea from around £49 (better quality mattresses are also available from Ikea). The requisite mattress is in three sections so each time the bed is extended in length, another section of mattress is added.

There are a few scratches and scrapes commensurate with a used item which can easily be assessed on inspection. See photo showing a scratch of about 2 cm – there is nothing more serious than this and there is nothing that compromises the use of this versatile bed.
