A well loved Doll's House looking for a second chance to make another young child happy.

Its has evidence of being pre-loved, this is not a new product. There are some stickers dotted around that my daughter thought improved the house decor, and there is a little water stain on the Kitchen floor, after one of her dolls "spilt their breakfast".
All 18 pieces of furniture are included, as well as the two stair cases.

I would prefer collection, as its all built and can be taken away easily. It might be possible to unscrew everything and flat pack it down for shipping. However I dont know how well the screws will hold on 2nd assembly, and the cost might be expensive as it weights ~12kg.
