Description
For Sale;
r/c Powered Glider. A JANTAR 118” span .
Also included in the sale is a 33metre Highline catapult (11mt Rubber with 22mt twine which could be extended to 50mt) winding reel included. ( A Ground anchor is not included in sale)
I built this 5 years ago from a Mike Trews original plan and since added a nose power unit.
The model is a tough balsa construction with some areas finished in fibre cloth and resin .
It is complete and will just require your own receiver, a 2200Mh.11.1v Lipo battery and transmitter to have it flying. If you happen to use a Radiolink Tx, (9or10) I will include a suitable Rx).
From my flat field site I use both Hand and Highline launching.
The motor is an Emax GT2826/05 860kv, driving Aeronaut fibre 12”x6 folding propellers via a Hobbywing 60amp esc.
There are 6 servos fitted and a reverser on one dive brake circuit.
The wings are detachable for transport.
After a great many years of model flying, I am having to give up most of its elements and gradually disposing of my hangar.
