It has some minor signs of wear consistent with normal use, but no major rips or tears.
Marking on the armrest i ls only thing I noticed. Perfect for medium to large living space or as an extra seating / bed option.
Cushions are still firm and supportive, making it a cosy spot to relax. Comfy!
