Of three companies responding to my planning advert, I chose M2 Consulting for the following reasons. Their quote was: 1. Clear and concise 2. Unambiguous and covered what I needed with no dubious extras 3. Most competitive I am immensely glad I chose M2 because my simple planning application turned out to be anything but. A virtual rabbit's warren of council requests and paperwork. Matthew was incredibly professional and patient throughout the entire process - communicating with the council and guiding me through it all. Matthew went above and beyond anything I expected and anything we had discussed at the start of the application. I cannot recommend Matthew enough. Absolutely excellent service throughout.
